At Anna’s Wardrobe, we aim to keep shipping simple and transparent so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order.

1) Where We Ship

At this time, we ship to Ireland only.

2) Shipping Costs

Free shipping is included on all orders delivered within Ireland.
There are no extra shipping charges added at checkout.

3) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing includes order verification and preparing your parcel for dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4) Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Once dispatched, delivery within Ireland typically takes 7–14 business days.

Please note this is an estimate and can occasionally be affected by:

  • peak periods (sales, holidays)

  • weather conditions

  • carrier or logistics delays

5) Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Transit: 7–14 business days

  • Estimated total: 8–17 business days from the date of purchase

6) Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).

Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

7) Incorrect Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@annas-wardrobe.com.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.

Anna’s Wardrobe is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

8) Delays

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, some delays are outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please email us at info@annas-wardrobe.com and we will help you check the status.

9) Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Damaged items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the packaging and the item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable solution.

Lost or missing parcels

If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier. If necessary, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution in line with our policies.
