Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Anna’s Wardrobe and delivered within Ireland.

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1) 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After 30 days, we may not be able to accept returns.

2) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in original condition

  • With all tags/labels still attached (if applicable)

  • Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear

  • Returned with your order number and proof of purchase

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution (such as a replacement or refund). Where applicable, we will also cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

4) Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item for reasons other than fault/incorrect item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • You may choose your preferred postal/courier service when sending items back.

  • If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank/card provider first, then contact us.

6) Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size/colour/item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

7) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@annas-wardrobe.com and include:

  • your order number

  • the reason for the return

  • photos (only if relevant—especially for damage/defects)

Our team will reply with the next steps and return instructions.

8) Important Notes

  • All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

9) Return Address

The return address will be provided only after your return request has been approved.

Items sent to an address not provided by Anna’s Wardrobe may be considered unauthorised and could be refused. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or unauthorised locations.
